Albanian President to visit Uzbekistan
Albanian President Bajram Begaj will pay an official visit to Uzbekistan on June 16–17 at the invitation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The visit will center on high-level talks in Tashkent aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and identifying new areas of cooperation between the two countries. The leaders are expected to discuss the current state of Uzbek-Albanian ties and explore opportunities to expand collaboration in trade, industry, agriculture, green energy, and tourism.
In addition to economic cooperation, the two sides are expected to address cultural and humanitarian exchanges, as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest. Discussions will also cover cooperation within international organizations and other multilateral platforms.
As part of the visit, President Begaj is scheduled to attend the fifth Tashkent International Investment Forum, which will bring together government officials, investors, and business leaders from around the world to discuss investment opportunities and major development projects.
