The suspect was handed over to representatives of Uzbekistan's National Central Bureau of Interpol by the competent Polish authorities at Warsaw Chopin Airport.
According to the bureau, the extradition was made possible through the direct assistance of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Poland, as well as bilateral negotiations between the National Central Bureaus in Tashkent and Warsaw. The operation also involved the exchange of information and coordinated cross-border law enforcement efforts.
Interpol said its communication channels helped track the suspect's cross-border movements, leading to his arrest in Poland.
Following a positive decision by the Polish authorities, the suspect was transferred to Uzbek law enforcement officers to be brought to Tashkent, where he will stand trial and face prosecution for the alleged offense.
