The talks followed an official welcome ceremony for Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who was received by President Lee Jae Myung and the country’s First Lady Kim Hea Kyung.
A guard of honor welcomed President Shavkat Mirziyoyev as the two countries’ national anthems played, after which the two presidents walked along the line of honor guards and greeted members of the official delegations.
Mirziyoyev then signed the Book of Honored Guests at Cheong Wa Dae.
The presidents also took part in a joint photo session before the high-level talks began.
