The meeting took place at the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology between First Deputy Minister Feruza Khamidova and an EDB delegation led by Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Alexey Skatin.
The sides considered opportunities to attract financing for prospective projects in Uzbekistan’s mining and metallurgical sectors.
EDB representatives expressed interest in financing economically viable initiatives and said they were ready to consider proposals from the Uzbek side.
The parties agreed to continue their engagement and explore potential areas for further cooperation.
