On November 2, the Mirabad District Criminal Court issued a ruling authorizing his detention.

Imarat Development LLC is accused of failing to hand over apartments to buyers within the deadlines stipulated in their contracts.
Buyers have also alleged that one of the company's projects, located in Quyi Chirchiq district of Tashkent region, was presented to them as if it were situated in Tashkent city.
