Kazakhstan appoints new Deputy Foreign Minister
Yermek Kosherbayev has been appointed new Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazpravda reported.
Upon taking the post, Kosherbayev was relieved of duties as the Executive Secretary of the Ministry.
Throughout his professional career, he had different roles at the Foreign Ministry, Nur Otan party, KazMunaiGaz JSC. Kosherbayev also served as Deputy Governor of East Kazakhstan region.
It should be reminded that in December 2018, ex-Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry Beibut Atamkulov was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
Kairat Abdrahmanov, ex-Foreign Minister was released from the position in connection with being transferred to another post, but his new role has not yet been announced.
