Bobur Parpiyev resigned as head of Orient Finans Bank
Bobur Parpiyev has resigned as head of Orient Finans Bank. The corresponding decision was made at an extraordinary meeting of the bank’s shareholders, Spot writes.
Reportedly, from May 22, the bank will be led by Tokhir Junaydullayev, who – since 2016 – has been working as the first deputy board chairman.
Bobur Parpiyev leaves the post on his own initiative. He will join the Supervisory Board of Orient Finans Bank, the composition of which is also changing from May 22.
At the meeting, it was also decided to include the bank’s shares in the stock quotation list of the stock exchange.
