In the first phase, apartment buildings for 60,000 residents, 30 schools, 20 kindergartens, a multidisciplinary hospital and 5 family polyclinics will be built. The new University of Uzbekistan, new buildings of the National Library, theater, art schools, trade and service centers will also be located here.
