German Bundesliga officials to visit Uzbekistan in November

As reported earlier, Omon Gafurov, General Director of the Professional Football League of Uzbekistan, and Bernd Wilms, head of Bundesliga international relations, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in Madrid last month.

Within the framework of the cooperation, representatives of German Bundesliga were invited to Tashkent and share experience in improving the Professional Football League of Uzbekistan.

In compliance with the bilateral agreement, German Bundesliga officials are visiting Uzbekistan in November this year.

At present, the Professional Football League of Uzbekistan is studying the Bundesliga experience and is working to increase fans' interest in national championships. Primary aim of the PFL is to ensure that the Super League matches are attended by more fans.
