Uzbekistan Railways to launch Almaty-Tashkent-Almaty fast trains
From May, the train will run three times a week.

According to the agreement between Uzbekistan Railways JSC and Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC, from May 2, a regular fast train No. 1/2 will start running three times a week in the direction of Almaty-2-Tashkent-Almaty-2 (Talgo-Tulpar).
The train departs from the railway station "Tashkent-Central" to Kazakhstan on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, from the railway station "Almaty-2" to Uzbekistan – on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
