Sergei Shoigu, Defence Minister of Russia, awarded Uzbek officer
Under the order of Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, Lieutenant Colonel Rustam Jabbarov was awarded for his unprecedented services in strengthening military cooperation and solidarity between SCO countries.
Rustam Jabborov is an officer in charge in the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the press service of the Defense Ministry reports Kun.uz.
He was awarded with the “For Strengthening Military Solidarity” medal at the closing ceremony of the SCO member states’ training sessions.
First Deputy Minister of Defense of Uzbekistan, Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major-General Pavel Ergashev, did also attend the training sessions.
