Abdulla Aripov to hold talks with Dmitry Medvedev

On September 7, 2018, the head of the Uzbek government Abdulla Aripov is going to pay a working visit to Russia and meet with the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev in Moscow.
The Prime Ministers are expected to discuss a wide range of issues, including current state of bilateral trade, and prospects of economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation. Special attention will be paid to enhancing cooperation in the fields of nuclear energy, industry, agriculture and education, the Russian government press service reports.
After the talks, the 19th session of the Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan will be held under the chairmanship of Dmitry Medvedev and Abdulla Aripov.
Signing of intergovernmental documents is expected at the end of negotiations.
