GM Uzbekistan sacks Automobile dealership service director in Namangan
Automobile dealership service director in Namangan region was fired for his incompetence and not performing to the required standard. His place was taken by Zohid Kamalov, who previously held the post of General Director at “Armada”, a Russian holding company.
Following the on-site inspections carried out at the “Namangan Avtotexxizmat” dealership enterprise, numerous violations and gross errors in working with clients were revealed.
According to the press service of GM Uzbekistan, violations were found in the following areas: ensuring systematic approach to car sales, strict compliance with safety regulations, timely provision of information to clients and others.
Furthermore, a number of corruption cases were also exposed during the inspection. It is said in the inspectors’ report that clients constantly complained about the disruptions in the work of the call-center. Besides, the dealership authorities are said to have executed several contracts without participation of the clients themselves.
“As a result of the inspection, the chairman of the board of the enterprise was dismissed and a new head, Kamalov Zohid Rustamovich, was appointed to replace him. He is expected to eliminate all the existing mistakes and bring the work of the dealership to a proper level of quality and service,” the company said.
