Uzbekistan ranks first in the rating of the National Geographic Traveler Awards 2018

National Geographic Traveler magazine summarizes the results of the National Geographic Traveler Awards 2018 on Oct. 12. Online voting on 25 principal nominations was launched on June 22.

Uzbekistan ranks first in the nomination of "Gastronomic tourism". The country has gained 33 percent of the vote.  The second and third places were taken by Italy (21%) and Azerbaijan (18%) respectively.

France (13%) and Armenia (7%) concludes the list of top 5.
