Co-op with UN on the International Futures Model

The State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with the UN representative on Oct. 12, the press service of the Committee reports.

At the meeting, the parties considered the issues of information exchange between the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan and the United Nations Office in Tashkent as part of a project on introducing an integrated forecasting tool – the International Futures model.

Following the negotiations, the UN representatives expressed their gratitude to the leadership of the Committee for the meeting and reaffirmed their commitment to further expanding of bilateral cooperation.
