Young Uzbek man dies in Penza
An investigation on the death of a 21-year-old Uzbek citizen is being held in Penza, Russia. As it is reported, he fell down from the balcony of the 4th floor of an apartment in Tsiolkovskiy Street.
"According to the initial data, on October 14, four men were working on the balcony of the flat whose owner was familiar to them. During the work process, the male, born in 1997 dropped down with the balcony bar. He perished on the spot due to his injuries", the regional department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said.
The police are conducting investigative actions aimed at identifying all details of the death of the man. Forensic examination has been appointed. Based on the investigation results, a procedural decision will be made.
