Passenger car hits a man and flees the scene of the accident on the Kamchik pass
On Oct. 22, a passenger car hit a man on the Kamchik pass and fled the scene of the accident, Kun.uz correspondent said.
According to the information provided by the Department of Internal Affairs of Pop district, Namangan region, a 41-year-old man was struck on the Kamchik pass on Oct. 22, by an unknown driver. Not noticing there was a pedestrian lying on the highway, other passenger cars ran over the corpse.
It is known that the victim was a resident of Jalakuduk district of Andijan region.
At the moment, the Internal Ministry officers are checking records from CCTV cameras. Drivers of two cars, who are under suspicion, are being wanted across the country.
