An explosion occurred near the Russian Federal Security Service building

Today, on October 31, a bomb blasted near the Federal Security Service in Arkhangelsk, Russia, news agency Haber7.com reported.
According to the preliminary information, one person died as a result of the blast.
The deceased was passing by the building when the explosion happened, as noted by the source.
People inside the building were evacuated. Experts are investigating the case.
