The Uzbek migrants, who are kept at the Foreigners’ Temporary Detaining Center located in Sakharovo village of Moscow, will be returned home at the expense of the Fund of Uzbek Labor Migrants, the Minister of Employment and Labor Relations Sherzod Kudbiyev said.
On October 31, 2018, representatives of the Ministry visited the Center. Currently, there are 170 Uzbek citizens being kept in Sakharovo.
“The delegation of Uzbekistan had talks with the Uzbek citizens at the Center. They got acquainted with the created conditions there. We explained to them that after completing some documents, they will be returned to Uzbekistan,” the report reads.
The administration of Sakharovo requested the Uzbek side to accelerate the documentation process and issuance of certificates for those who do not have valid passports.
