Tourism and Research Center to be opened in Bukhara in collaboration with Wakayama University of Japan
Bukhara State University and the University of Wakayama of Japan are planning to open the Bukhara-Wakayama Center for Tourism Education and Research on the basis of the Bukhara State University on November 21 this year, the press service of Bukhara State University reported.
The main objectives of the Center are to develop tourism sector, work out joint projects in scientific-methodical directions and prepare specialists in bachelor’s and master's degrees.
It should be noted that the “El-yurt umidi” Foundation and the Bukhara branch of the Uzbek-Japanese Center have announced their intention to sign a cooperation agreement, stating that they would support the new establishment.
