Ravshan Haydarov is nominated for AFC’s best coach of the year award
Ravshan Haydarov, the head coach of Uzbekistan’s Olympic football team, is nominated for the best coach of the year award by the AFC, the official webpage of the Confederation reported.
It should be noted that Uzbekistan U-23 football team won the Asian Championship held in China on January 9-27 under Ravshan Haydarov’s coaching. Furthermore, they reached the quarter-finals of the 18th Asian Games in Jakarta and Palembang of Indonesia.
In addition to Haydarov, Japanese Go Oiwa and Iraqi Basim Hamdam are also nominated for the award.
