Korea Republic crushes Uzbekistan national football team in a friendly match
Uzbekistan national football team lost to the Republic of Korea (0-4) in a friendly match. The game and the score wholly reflected the level and preparedness of the teams.
Korean players were quick to score on the 9th minute of the match. Nam Tae Hee netted the ball after a spectacular tap in delivered by Lee Yong.
The second goal was scored after a corner kick on the 24th minute. Uzbek goalkeeper, though competent enough to block the first strike, was unable to resist Hwang Ui Jo, who effortlessly delivered the ball into the net.
Uzbek players were happy not to let other goals into their goalpost in the first half of the game, but their happiness didn’t last long. Moon Seon Min and Hyun-jun Suk made the things worse for the Uzbekistan national team in the second half of the match.
Thus, players of our team under Héctor Cúper’s coaching faced their worst ever defeat. Today’s game should serve as a lesson for the team and the coach.
