MPE introduces an honorary badge “Devoted Person of Public Education”

In compliance with the governmental decree, the regulation on the Honorary Badge “Devoted Person of Public Education” was approved, the channel Legal Info reports.

It will be awarded to citizens who have worked selflessly in the field of public education and have made a worthy contribution to the development of the sphere.

Persons with no citizenship status of Uzbekistan might also be awarded with the badge. 

It is worth noting that the badge is awarded annually by the Minister of public education in a solemn ceremony on the eve of Teachers’ and Mentors’ Day.

The persons awarded with the badge will also be given a lump-sum reward in the amount of the four-fold of the minimum monthly wage.
