Uzbek athlete wins gold in an International tournament on Weightlifting

In Egypt, an international tournament on weightlifting among girls is being held. The importance of the sporting competition lies in the fact that it gives rating points for participation in the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2020.

Uzbekistan is represented in the tournament by Muattar Nabiyeva, Kumushkhon Fayzullayeva, Dolera Davronova and Tursunoy Jabborova.

On Dec. 10, in the weight class up to 55 kg, our compatriot Muattar Nabiyeva won a gold medal by lifting 90 kg in snatch and 115 kg in jerk.

Today, Kumushhon Fayzullayeva will perform (64 kg), and on December 12, Tursunoy Jabborova (76 kg) and Dolera Davronova (87 kg) will demonstrate their abilities.
