A girl, 19, attacked two men with a knife at a nightclub in Tashkent, “Zamon” news program on “Sevimli” TV channel reported.
According to the presented video footage, the girl went to a nightclub with her mother. On October 6, 2018, at around 04:40 a.m., the defendant had a serious quarrel with two at the nightclub “Nikhol” located on Farobiy Street in Olmazor district, Tashkent city.
Not being able to control her rage when one of the guys kicked her mother, she attacked the men with a knife. One of the guys suffered a minor injury and the other one was hospitalized with multiple severe injuries.
Reportedly, a judge of the criminal court at Olmazor district Mirziyod Obidov convicted the girl on the charges by the article 104, Part 2, Paragraph "e" (deliberate infliction of serious bodily harm) and article 277, Part 3 (g) (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The complainants affirmed that they have no claims against the girl and asked the court to call off the defendant’s case.
The convict was sentenced to five years’ limitation of freedom in accordance with the court’s verdict.
