Bishkek court rejects lawsuit against Kyrgyzstan’s ex-president Almazbek Atambayev

Bishkek’s October district court rejected the libel lawsuit from Ahmatbek Keldibekov, Azimbek Beknazarov and Keneshbek Dushebayev against ex-President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev and CEO of April TV channel Dmitriy Lozhnikov, Akipress reported.

According to the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan, the lawsuit was rejected in connection with non-execution of a court ruling of December 28, 2018 by a representative of the plaintiffs.
