Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrives in Samarkand

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Samarkand on January 11, the press service of the head of state said.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev will get acquainted with the progress of housing construction, scientific and cultural facilities, as well as economic projects being implemented in the region.

In the afternoon, a meeting will be held in the city of Samarkand with the participation of the region’s activists.
