Students to be allowed to pay less for tuition if they refuse stipends

In the academic year 2019-2020, it is planned to change the rules for admission of applicants. The draft of the relevant document has been placed on the portal of discussion of normative-legal acts. It will be open for discussion until March 28.
One of the main changes contained in the project touches upon the payment of tuition fees by students. It is proposed to reduce the cost of education for those students who refuse to receive stipends.
The document also states that applicants will apply to universities through public service centers. In this case, each applicant will be given the opportunity to submit documents to three universities at once in the chosen field of study.
