On the portal of discussion of draft normative-legal acts, a draft project “On approval of the amount of hourly payouts for conducting training classes” has been placed.
According to the draft document, the amount of hourly payouts can be confirmed for carrying out training sessions.
In accordance with the Resolution No.242 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 20, 2015 “On measures to organize retraining and improvement of professional skills of managerial and pedagogical staff of higher educational institutions”, the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan is eligible to determine hourly wage provision as 50% higher than the established amount of fees for some highly qualified scientific and pedagogical staff and experienced practitioners involved with organizing retraining and advanced training courses for heads and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions.
Academicians of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Academy of Agricultural Sciences will be increased their hourly payouts by 15%.
The cost of hourly fee-based trainings is covered within the framework of the hourly payroll fund allocated by a separate set of expenditure estimates of the educational institution.
The amount of hourly reimbursement is determined based on academic hours.
