On the portal of discussion of normative-legal acts the draft of the document “On joining the international treaty” was placed.
According to Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On international agreements”:
- the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Physical Education and Sports of the Commonwealth of Independent States (May 25, 2007, Yalta);
- the accession to the Protocol on the Amendments to the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Physical Education and Sports of the Commonwealth of Independent States, signed on May 25, 2007 in Yalta, may be approved (May 30, 2012, Ashgabat).
The Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan is designated as the competent authority responsible for the implementation of this international agreement.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall forward the notification to the depositary on the competent authority responsible for joining the international agreement.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and heads of relevant ministries and departments shall ensure the control over the fulfillment of obligations of the republic from the date of entry into force of this international agreement.
