International forum of compatriots living abroad to be held in Samarkand

On the portal of discussion of normative-legal acts, a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On organization and carrying out of an international forum of Compatriots living abroad” is placed.

The document states that the international forum will be held in Samarkand on June 27-29, 2019 with the participation of compatriots living abroad.

The followings will be approved:

Composition of the organizing committee for preparing and conducting the international forum in Samarkand city with the participation of compatriots living abroad;

The “roadmap” for preparation and conduct of the international forum in Samarkand city with the participation of compatriots living abroad.

The organizing committee (Abduhakimov) is entrusted the following tasks:

Within the framework of the forum's roadmap, posting on the website of the “El-yurt umidi” foundation specialized in training Specialists abroad under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and communicating with compatriots, broadcasting widely the forum activities on social networks;

Working out of joint research with the citizens visiting the forum, preparation of proposals on active participation in various international scientific projects, innovation processes;

Deeply studying the wishes and demands of compatriots, who visit the forum, associated with investing and creating necessary conditions for engagement in entrepreneurship in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, based on the orders of the “El-yurt umidi” foundation, provides entry visas without any collection of consular or other fees at the diplomatic representations and consular offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad, in necessary cases, at the Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov for compatriots visiting the forum.

The JSC Uzbekistan Railways and Uzbekistan Airways, based on the order of the “El-yurt umidi” foundation, ensure the provision of high quality transportation services for forum participants.

Regional administration of Samarkand will be responsible for the followings:

It will ensure implementation of landscaping works in Samarkand city, preparation of the stage and building facilities of the Forum at the required level;

It will take measures to accommodate participants and guests of the forum at hotels in cooperation with the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

A. Kamilov – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Deputy Chairman of the organizing committee;

B. Yuldashev – President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

B. Khodjaev – Minister of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

I. Madjidov – Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Sh. Kudbiev – Minister of Labor and Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

I. Abdurakhmanov – Minister of innovative development of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

A. Akkulov – Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

R. Kurbanov – Committee on International Relations and International Relations under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

K. Allamjonov – Head of the Uzbek Agency for Press and Information;

A. Khadjaev – Chairman of the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan;

Sh. Umurzakov – Chairman of the Board of the JSC Uzavtosanoat;

B. Khakimov – General Director of the JSC Uzbekistan Airways;

Kh. Khosilov – Chief manager-engineer of the JSC Uzbekistan Railways;

K. Kuronbaev – Chairman of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan;

A. Bekmuradov – Director of the foundation “El-yurt umidi” under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

B. Ismailov – Chairman of the “Buyuk kelajak” non-profit organization;

O. Sattarov – Deputy Director of the foundation “El-yurt umidi under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Secretary of the Organizing Committee.

If a member of the organizing committee moves to another job, the responsibility of the organizing committee shall be entrusted to the newly appointed person.
