The process of provision of the service “Submission of application for replacement of national driving license of the old model with the new one through the Single portal of state services” has been simplified, the portal my.gov.uz reports.
It is noted that now, through the Single interactive state services portal, a payment order will be provided to users of the service when exchanging an older model of national driving license for a new one.
How to use the service?
1. You submit an application through the Single portal and make the payment through bank counters;
2. You visit the Center for public services with a citizenship passport, old driving license, referral to it and payment receipt;
3. You take a photo at the State Services Center for a new driving license (or the photo can be collected from a database of individuals, which means that the photo in the passport will be automatically uploaded to the license);
4. Your personal signature is obtained and a new certificate is collected.
Note: After submitting an application through the Single portal, you should contact the Center for public services with the following documents:
1. Civil passport;
2. Old driving license and referral to it;
3. Pay slip of a bank institution on obtaining the national driving license.
Recently, practice of requesting a number of documents for the exchange of a driving license was abolished.
