On the collective reference portal “My opinion”, the lawyer Khushnud Khudoyberdiyev placed a petition to abolish the permanent registration in the city of Tashkent and Tashkent region.

He explained his intention to publish this petition on his telegram channel.

“Many things happen accidentally, unexpectedly. For example, today one of the executives of the portal “My opinion” said that it would be beneficial for the community to promote it more and to achieve the goals set by legal instruments.
 
Then, I placed a petition for cancellation of the permanent registration regime in the city of Tashkent and Tashkent region in order to check how the portal works.

What is the reason? If such petitions are not published, then why do we need this portal? In fact, is it for asking permission to have tinted glasses for free and as a result achieving authorization for 16 million soums?
