Uzbekistan presented at “Russia Halal Expo – 2019” in Kazan city

On April 24-26, 2019, the XI International Economic Summit under the slogan “Russia and the Islamic World” was held in Kazan, Islom.uz reports.

Within the framework of the summit, the exhibition “Russia Halal Expo – 2019” was also organized. It was attended by more than 3,000 participants from 50 countries around the world.

Participants of the event emphasized the need to intensify activities on attraction of tourists to sacred places, the prospects for development of ziyarat tourism and the necessity of carrying out advertising campaigns in cooperation with logistics organizations.

Particularly, the representatives of our country, who participated in the summit, presented information on the measures aimed at developing ziyarat tourism infrastructure in Uzbekistan and intensive implementation of creating new tourism facilities. The need to expand international cooperation in this area, attract direct investments in this direction, and turn Uzbekistan into one of the major centers of ziyarat tourism was emphasized.

It was acknowledged that the Muslim world has always appreciated honesty over other things and it should be inherited for the future generations. So, halal standard has been established all over the world in such areas as food, water, clothing, health and commerce. The main goal of this project is to develop and implement the latest technologies in the field of halal food, halal tourism, halal textile, halal medicine and to leave a legacy for future generations.

At the event, activities of the publishing house “Hilol nashr” were also presented. Representatives of the country delivered speeches on the current activities of this publishing house and its future prospects. During the lecture, participants of the event were presented a copy of the Quran published in our country for the first time.

One of the samples of this Holy Quran was given to Mufti of Tatarstan Kamil Samigullin.
