First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank appointed
Ilhom Norkulov has been appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.

Prior to his current appointment - since April 2018 - he had been working as Deputy Chairman of the CB.
Ilhom Norkulov is a graduate of Tashkent State University of Economics and University of Glasgow.
He has begun his professional career in the Central Bank in 2010. He headed the Monetary Policy Department of the CB in 2013-2018.
Earlier, it was reported that First Deputy Chairman of the CB Timur Ishmetov was appointed First Deputy Minister of Finance.
