The Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis approved the changes, according to which the owner’s relatives would not need a power of attorney to drive a car. This was announced on the collective reference portal “My opinion”.
The petition on this portal gained more than 14,000 votes. Citizens complained that when they made a power of attorney it was necessary to fill out a lot of documents and also pay duties.
On average, 670,000 soums had to be spent on issuing a power of attorney.
This is the second gift to motorists in this summer. It should be recalled that recently the requirement to turn on the headlights during the daytime was postponed for 2 years.
