Support group for foreign investors established

A government decree on measures to further improve the work with foreign investors has been adopted. This is reported by the Ministry of Justice.

In accordance with the decree, an experimental Support Group for foreign investors under the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade has been established.

The main objective of the Group is to inform foreign investors about the terms of doing business and to carry out effective information-explanatory work.

The Group creates a single database of foreign investors.

Investors’ appeals are submitted timely by the Group to the business.gov.uz information system without any delay.

The secretariat for organization and coordination of the activities of Prime Minister’s reception office studies them and forwards to the competent authorities at the republican level or to the regional reception offices to take appropriate measures.
