Youth Union of Uzbekistan proposes to create a separate bank for young entrepreneurs
The Youth Union has developed and published a draft presidential decree on creation of a new state bank to support the youth.
The Union believes that it is needed to “support innovative ideas and initiatives of young people and facilitate their implementation”. They plan to call the bank “Yoshlar” (“Youth”) and it will be created in January 2020.
In addition, it is proposed to launch the social movement “Har bir yosh - tadbirkor” (“Every young person - entrepreneur”), within which it is planned to create business incubators in different regions of the country.
