According to the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office, currently, the businessman Bakhriddin Isamov is in Tashkent for a forensic psychiatric examination.
On July 21, he was detained in accordance with Article 221 of the Criminal Procedural Code. On July 22, Bakhriddin Isamov was sent to Tashkent for a forensic psychiatric examination. It also became known that the entrepreneur had already been questioned in the presence of his lawyer.
It is noted that his spouse and son have already met with the entrepreneur.
Also, a criminal case under the relevant Articles of the Criminal Code was filed against the deputy khokim of the Yakkabag district Mansur Tuymayev, who abused his power. Currently, an investigation is underway.
