The Antimonopoly Committee defended the rights of a German pharmaceutical company, the press service of the Committee reports.

The Bionorica SE representative appealed to the Committee about the local LLC Hurshida Biznes Plyus, which used three German company trademarks on its packaging: a graphic mark (a blue circle with a green petal in the center), trade names for dietary supplements “Kanefron” and “BIONORICA”.

Based on this, the Committee recognized the Uzbek company as a violator of article 13 of the Law “On competition” - the sale of goods with illegal use of results of the intellectual activity of another manufacturer, which, as a result, misled consumers.

The Committee issued an order according to which LLC Hurshida Biznes Plyus must eliminate the violation within a month.
