More than 900,000 Uzbek citizens arrived in Russia in January-June 2019

The Border Service of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSS) has announced the number of foreign nationals who have arrived in the country since the beginning of 2019, RBC reports.
According to the FSS, 2.4 million foreigners arrived in Russia in the first half of 2019.
Most of those who came to work are from the CIS countries, mainly from Uzbekistan (918,000 people), Tajikistan (523,900 people) and Kyrgyzstan (265,000 people). Ukraine (164,600 people) and Kazakhstan (105,300 people) conclude the TOP-5 list.
In January-June, 50,200 people came to work from China, 10,800 - from Germany, 10,200 - from Turkey, 3,700 - from the USA and 4,300 - from the UK.
