Russian governor awards an Uzbek man who saved people from a bus involved in road accident in Perm
Governor of the Perm Krai Maxim Reshetnikov awarded Danil Yuldashev, a native of Uzbekistan, for saving the lives of people, the website of the Perm Krai government reports.
It should be recalled that in Perm last week, a bus No.53 skidded off the road and crashed into the wall of a store. As a result of the accident, one passenger died, 32 people were hospitalized.
Yuldashev was the first to arrive for rescue. The guy, who was going to the club for training, stopped at the scene to help. He saw that all the doors of the bus were twisted, they could not be opened. Danil began to break out the back door. Then he got into the bus and began to carry people out.
The head of the Perm Krai handed a letter of thanks to Yuldashev, and also gifted him a boxing gloves.
Maxim Reshetnikov thanked the young man for his courage and determination.
“Danil was able to quickly concentrate on the spot and provide the injured with first aid before the ambulance arrived,” he stressed.
Also, as noted, the local authorities will help Danil to acquire Russian citizenship. It is reported that by the end of 2019, the young man will be able to become a citizen of the Russian Federation.
