Justice Ministry: Work experience abroad counts towards continuous employment
Work experience abroad counts towards continuous employment. This was announced at an event organized by the Ministry of Justice in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The event was held for migrant citizens going abroad to study or work.
The Ministry of Justice says that if a person working abroad pays an annual insurance payment to the Off-Budgetary Pension Fund in the amount of four and a half times the MMW, he can claim state pension once he reaches the pension age.
The event, organized within the framework of the Action Plan “On informing labor migrants working abroad about the content of national legislation and international law”, provided migrants with detailed information about their rights by officials of the Foreign Ministry.
