Muslim Board of Uzbekistan refutes rumors about Usmonkhon Alimov being dismissed 

Chairman of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, Mufti Usmonkhon Alimov, continues to maintain his position, the press service of the Muslim Board said.

Recently, there were rumors on the media about Alimov being relieved of his post following 13 years of service.

The Muslim Board of Uzbekistan called this news unfounded and false.
