Head of LLC “Straus House” Ibrohim Isroilov detained

Earlier, it was reported that a preliminary investigation was carried out by the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on numerous complaints of citizens about the activities of LLC “Straus House” representatives.

As the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told Kun.uz, a criminal case has been initiated against officials of the LLC “Straus House” under Part 4, Paragraph “a” of Article 168 (Fraud).

According to the results of the preliminary investigation, it became known that officials of the LLC “Straus House”, registered in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent, are suspected of committing fraudulent activities.

Representatives of this LLC entered into an agreement for the supply of Ostrich chickens from the Republic of South Africa for subsequent breeding. The agreements were concluded between January-April 2019 with legal entities and individuals from the city of Tashkent, Andijan, Fergana, Namangan, Bukhara and Kashkadarya regions. Winning customers’ trust, officials of the LLC “Straus House” misappropriated a large amount of funds of more than 300 citizens.

On the fact of the criminal activity, a preventive measure in the form of detention was applied against the founder of the LLC “Straus House” Ibrohim Isroilov.
