In Uzbekistan, it became possible to apply for expedited medical and pharmaceutical licenses and registration certificates for working with precious metals and precious stones through the State Service Centers and the Single Interactive State Services Portal.
According to the State Services Agency, applications for a license for medical activity in a general manner (additional 2 MMW is paid) are processed within 20 days. In accordance with the accelerated procedure (additional 3 MMW is paid) the terms are reduced to five days.
Applications for a license for pharmaceutical activities in a general manner (additional 2 MMW is paid) are processed within 15 days, and with the accelerated procedure (additional 2 MMW is paid) the terms are reduced to five days.
Applications for obtaining registration certificates for working with precious metals and precious stones in a general manner (additional 1 MMW is paid) are considered within 7 days, with the accelerated procedure (additional 1 MMW is paid) the terms are reduced to two business days.
In case of untimely consideration of the application for the issuance of an accelerated certificate, the surcharge shall be returned to the applicant.
When applying for these licenses and certificates through the Single Portal of Interactive State Services, 90% of the commission is charged.
