Uzbekistan wins 20 medals at ASBC Asian Confederation Junior Boxing Championships
From October 9 to 17, Fujairah (UAE) hosted the 2019 ASBC Asian Confederation Junior Boxing Championships. 23 athletes represented Uzbekistan in the competition, 20 of which became medal winners, the Boxing Federation of Uzbekistan reported.
In particular, Sabina Bobokulova (48 kg), Feruza Kazakova (50 kg), Nigina Uktamova (52 kg), Azizbek Tojiyev (63 kg), Aziz Zokirov (63 kg), Login Petrov (70 kg), Nusratbek Tokhirov (75 kg), Jahongir Zokirov (+80 kg) secured gold medals.
Bilolbek Ikhvolov (57 kg), Bekzod Bekmurodov (60 kg), Mohir Akhmedov (60 kg) bagged silver medals.
Ikboljon Kudratov (46 kg), Asrorbek Shakhobiddinov (48 kg), Anvar Boltaboyev (50 kg), Gafurjon Tokhirov (52 kg), Jakhonmurod Imomaliyev (54 kg), Alokhon Abdullayev (66 kg), Mokhlaroyim Savriddinova (46 kg), Rukhshona Uktamova (54 kg), Shakhnoza Ergasheva (70 kg) won bronze.
