Uzenergoinspeksiya discovers fraudsters stealing electricity
Uzenergoinspeksiya carried out investigations to identify violations in the field of electricity use, during which 123 cases of infringements were revealed.
As a result of illegal use of electricity in the Namangan, Fergana, Samarkand and Khorezm regions, the structure suffered damage in the amount of 1,585.6 million soums.
Following the investigations conducted by Uzenergoinspeksiya in August-October of this year, 415 cases of illegal use of electricity by consumers were detected, electrical devices of 242 consumers were disconnected from the network.
Unrecorded electricity was recalculated in the amount of 9,819.2 million soums, and to date, 3,345.3 million soums have been recovered. Measures to verify compliance with the rules for the use of electricity are ongoing.
