The investigation department of the Interior Ministry revealed the details of the criminal case against the persons in charge of the LLC “Human xususiy bandlik agentligi”.
It should be recalled that a criminal case was initiated against the leadership of the “Human xususiy bandlik agentligi” under Article 168 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan.
Reportedly, at present some people in social networks calling for victims to gather near the government building. They motivate this with the fact that a preventive measure not related to restriction of freedom was chosen against the head of “Human xususiy bandlik agentligi” LLC Sh. Fayzullayev. Being free, he does not compensate for material damage.
“Such allegations are unfounded and untrue,” the investigation department said.
According to the ministerial press service, in the course of the preliminary investigation, Sh. Fayzullayev was charged under Article 168 of the Criminal Code, a measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen against him and Fayzullayev is currently in the detention center No. 1 of the General Directorate for Execution of Sentences under the Interior Ministry of Uzbekistan.
In order to compensate the pecuniary damage to the victims, measures are being taken to seize the property of Sh. Fayzullayev, obtained through fraud, as well as to establish the funds misappropriated by him.
“The preliminary investigation in the criminal case is underway. Upon completion of the preliminary investigation, a legal decision will be made. In this regard, we ask citizens not to trust rumors based on assumptions and false statements. Do not become participants in such illegal actions as unauthorized meetings, rallies, street processions or demonstrations that will entail administrative or criminal liability,” the press service concluded.
