Shavkat Mirziyoyev underlines Kyrgyz President’s personal contribution to cementing the bilateral relations of friendship

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has held a telephone conversation today, November 16, with President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov.

According to the presidential press service, the head of our state sincerely congratulated Jeenbekov on his birthday, wishing a sound health, wellbeing and every success.

With deep satisfaction Shavkat Mirziyoyev underlined the Kyrgyz President’s personal contribution to cementing the bilateral relations of friendship, good neighborliness and strategic partnership with Uzbekistan.

Mirziyoyev and Jeenbekov discussed pressing issues in furthering the Uzbek-Kyrgyz practical cooperation, exchanged views on the international and regional agendas.

The presidents also addressed the schedule of upcoming highest-level meetings.
